That was dark and there was far too much truth to it back then.
Wow, that was incredibly well done propaganda. Pretty good just as a disturbing little cartoon, too.

We have a channel called Sky Arts that shows Soviet Propaganda, although it tends to be from the 1960s and '70s usually. There were some interesting and fantastic animators working out beyond the Iron Curtain in that era. It's interesting (to me) to compare and contrast the last one Oliveloaf posted with this one by Disney:

I've only watched the first video posted, but in its own way it was as beautiful as it was bleak. Whoever put it together was tremendously talented.
But I'm puzzled about the ear - WHERE IS THE EAR?
