Default I don't think I can be your friend anymore.

Okay, you three, look. I was happy when you found a place to live. It seemed iffy to me because you two don't have any source of income, but Kelly's got a job and seemed cool paying for you, okay. Apartment's a little ghetto, sure, but it's yours and you love it and I was happy for you.

Finding out you're hiding three cats in your no-pets apartment kind of cheesed me off. I know you like them and all, but really?

Finding out the two of you are trying to have a goddamn baby right now? No. I really couldn't get behind that. You're 19 and 21, living off the good graces of a friend. You have no jobs, no insurance, nothing. I'd understand if it was accidental, but you're actively trying to get knocked up and no. This is a bad idea.

And then tonight you got a puppy as a gift for Kelly.

You are stupid, and Kelly is an enabler, and no thank you.

Wow, your friends kinda of suck. I bet they use a lot of butter and never buy any.

Kelly is a time bomb. Sooner or later she is going to turn on them like a doberman on steroids.

My heart is already breaking for their kid, if they actually get knocked up.

This, a hundred times. There are people whom I tend to be perfectly willing to see seek their own damnation. Then there are idiots who want to compound that by involving children.

I always find this so strange. You've got 20 years to have kids and you've got to have one RIGHT NOW, at the poorest and most unstable you'll probably ever be? It seems so amazing to me that anyone would do this, and yet a lot of people seem to. Makes no sense at all.

Yeah, I really don't get it. I'm looking at within the next five years-I'll be thirty and married and powers willing in graduate school and I'm STILL freaked out about providing for a little Magelet, I can't imagine choosing to have one now.

Again, accident? Yeah, sure. If you want the baby, find a way to make it work, that's awesome. But actually trying (note: they have to use a donor, it's not even like they can do this on their own) given their situation? Augh, no.

Yes, she is. There's only so long somebody can be in that position before she finally snaps.

    This will not end well.

Especially given that she is prone to blowups and already walked out on a different pair of roommates this year, and is already doing passive-aggressive stuff.

Ooh, I love passive aggressive. You will need to keep us apprised as this unfolds.

I also learned via Facebook that the other two will be moving out next month. No idea where/how/etc.

And one of them has an iPhone.

Damn skippy. Next you'll be saying that they're foolish to eat out or get delivery, instead of cooking their own meals, too!

Oh Nerbie, you and I will always be BFFs.

And they appear to be in an "Oh we're BBFs too!" stage. I predict this will last three weeks at the most.

I read this as "labia pork" and I was so very intrigued.

    Now I'm incredibly disappointed.

Is this a glass one drinks out of or does this involve doing the splits against a window?

    Either way I'm impressed.

We were thinking faux cigs, anyway. Real ones would be too easily smushed if you dropped them in your purse or something.

You'd have to use some sort of molded plastic clips to keep them in place and then snap replacements into.

holy shit this is some thread drift

We were actually thinking about those little pens that look like cigarettes, though being able to switch out the candy ones might be awesome, too.
