I've got candy and pizza. Come on.
I got Wii Sports Resort, because I am addicted to the sword fighting and, stupidly, that game has been one of the things I missed the most since the fire. The bicycling and Frisbee golf was also fun.

Hmm. Not much shopping today. I think the only thing I actually bought was a parking pass at the Art Museum ($5) when I went to see an exhibit on early Christian relics and reliquaries. I also donated five bucks at a free Dvorak concert later this afternoon. So bedtime will find me $10 poorer but immeasurably more cultured and sophisticated!
Fries and a Coke from Five Guys. Got the big ones so I could share with Panda (who bought me a cupcake) and Cat. And, while I didn't spend my own money, there was a steak fajita bought for my benefit.
So, I'll whisper in the dark, hoping you'll hear me.
I bought a cork board and paid to have two pictures printed. In the Did Not Pay But Enjoyed category: haircut, socks, Chipotle lunch. Mmm.
Today, I bought a new coffee maker, some underpants, a bottle of Jameson's 12 year old whisky and a big box of condoms
Yeah, I was out of the necessities.
I bought cat food, a gourmet candy apple (delicioso!) and some christmas tree cakes by little debbie.

OMG. I love those Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes so much. I don't care if we haven't had Thanksgiving yet. I need them! I can nibble them and create topiaries.

Evening Class - Maeve Binchy
Tara Road - Maeve Binchy
I Still Dream About You: A Novel - Fannie Flagg
On Amazon - I've read the 2 Binchy's but I no longer have them and I'm rereading books I enjoyed. I'm in my "Irish" phase.

I bought ramen, Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce, tuna fish, bread, lettuce, and some frozen veggies. I feel so adult.
We bought a new fucking tire to replace the old fucking tire that was five fucking months old but got a screw in it, no doubt thanks to all the fucking construction around here that's made it next to impossible to get into our own fucking apartment complex for the last fucking month.
Also a haircut for the kid, a whole bunch of groceries, and some stuff to decorate for Chanukah
So you're saying you just got screwed?
I got a value meal from McDonald's (McRib! Yummy!) and a RedBull that I managed to...not drink. It's sitting in the refrigerator.
So, I'll whisper in the dark, hoping you'll hear me.
Not today but yesterday I bought a female betta, an otocinclus catfish, a birthday card, a blue binder, and some subject dividers.
I bought my sister a GRE book, because I expect her to make up for years of my "big sistering" when she finally gets a job.
So, I'll whisper in the dark, hoping you'll hear me.
I went to the grocery store because we were totally out of cling wrap and I figured I could pick up some veggies and cheese while I was at it. So I got potatoes, broccoli, butternut squash, strawberries, kiwis, tomatoes, cream, two kinds of cheese, and some chicken to toss in the freezer for later.
Note that I forgot the cling wrap.
I have several bottles of Coca Cola on my desk. It's caffiene time.

Just wrote a check to get my daughter a "spirit wear" hoodie sweatshirt with her school name & mascot on it. The school colors are red & black, and the shirts came in red or gray, both with a black logo. I asked her what color she wanted, and she said gray, "cause everyone has red." Such a little rebel.

A 44-oz Diet Pepsi from the Mobil On The Run store at the Des Plaines Oasis.
(I like to give stalkers a lot to work with.)

Later today I will go to the store to buy cling wrap and coffee beans. News at 11.
I'm surprised to realize I bought not a single thing today.
Hit the Wednesday bargains at Goodwill today. Got a pair of jeans, a sweatshirt, three sweaters and a shirt with the store tags on (for my dad). Spent a whole $6 plus tax. Afterward, I stopped at Two Roads Cafe and got an Americano before zumba class. So the daily total (including the class fee) was ~$14. Not bad for a day's entertainment and some clothes.
That sounds awesome, missred! Good shopping.
My day wasn't so exciting, shopping-wise. I bought copier paper, business envelopes, and a coloring book.
I'm back from the store, and I REMEMBERED THE CLING-WRAP!
Why yes, I did. A remarkably good day, really.
What? No crayons?
I had a boring shopping day today. Just filled up the truck with gas, a diet mountain dew and three packs of smokes. Cost me more than yesterday's shopping though.
A big bottle of wine.
A Red Bull, a Coke, and a ticket to Harry Potter.
So, I'll whisper in the dark, hoping you'll hear me.
Sunglasses, to replace the ones I stood on.
Since I was with my little guy, who is only 3, I got away with only the coloring book. He is not savvy enough to hit me up for the crayons, too. If his sister (age 6) had been there, it would be a different story!!!
I don't think I bought anything today! Unusual for me, though it's happening more now that I'm not working.
Today I bought hot cocoa mix and candy canes and peanut butter and canola oil and eggs. I'm just counting down the days until I can post that I bought an assload of booze.
13 bagels and a half pound of cream cheese.

Going for a Diet Coke right now. Then, candles for a house warming.

My last post in this thread got me a hankerin' for a sub, so that's what we had for lunch today.
I ordered some stuff for our new Wii. The Remote Plus was on sale at Amazon for only $32 and free shipping with a game thrown in. I actually ordered two.
Three titanium-handled pocket knives from AG Russell cutlery. They are gifts for my brother, father, and brother in law.
Baked potato soup for lunch.

A large Diet Pepsi. I would like to buy a can of Diet Pepsi now, but can't find a buck or any quarters.
