I've got candy and pizza. Come on.

I got Wii Sports Resort, because I am addicted to the sword fighting and, stupidly, that game has been one of the things I missed the most since the fire. The bicycling and Frisbee golf was also fun.

Hmm. Not much shopping today. I think the only thing I actually bought was a parking pass at the Art Museum ($5) when I went to see an exhibit on early Christian relics and reliquaries. I also donated five bucks at a free Dvorak concert later this afternoon. So bedtime will find me $10 poorer but immeasurably more cultured and sophisticated!

Fries and a Coke from Five Guys. Got the big ones so I could share with Panda (who bought me a cupcake) and Cat. And, while I didn't spend my own money, there was a steak fajita bought for my benefit.
So, I'll whisper in the dark, hoping you'll hear me.

I bought a cork board and paid to have two pictures printed. In the Did Not Pay But Enjoyed category: haircut, socks, Chipotle lunch. Mmm.

Today, I bought a new coffee maker, some underpants, a bottle of Jameson's 12 year old whisky and a big box of condoms

Yeah, I was out of the necessities.

OMG. I love those Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes so much. I don't care if we haven't had Thanksgiving yet. I need them! I can nibble them and create topiaries.

    Evening Class - Maeve Binchy
    Tara Road - Maeve Binchy
I Still Dream About You: A Novel - Fannie Flagg

On Amazon - I've read the 2 Binchy's but I no longer have them and I'm rereading books I enjoyed. I'm in my "Irish" phase.

We bought a new fucking tire to replace the old fucking tire that was five fucking months old but got a screw in it, no doubt thanks to all the fucking construction around here that's made it next to impossible to get into our own fucking apartment complex for the last fucking month.

Also a haircut for the kid, a whole bunch of groceries, and some stuff to decorate for Chanukah

I got a value meal from McDonald's (McRib! Yummy!) and a RedBull that I managed to...not drink. It's sitting in the refrigerator.

I went to the grocery store because we were totally out of cling wrap and I figured I could pick up some veggies and cheese while I was at it. So I got potatoes, broccoli, butternut squash, strawberries, kiwis, tomatoes, cream, two kinds of cheese, and some chicken to toss in the freezer for later.

Note that I forgot the cling wrap.

Just wrote a check to get my daughter a "spirit wear" hoodie sweatshirt with her school name & mascot on it. The school colors are red & black, and the shirts came in red or gray, both with a black logo. I asked her what color she wanted, and she said gray, "cause everyone has red." Such a little rebel.

Hit the Wednesday bargains at Goodwill today. Got a pair of jeans, a sweatshirt, three sweaters and a shirt with the store tags on (for my dad). Spent a whole $6 plus tax. Afterward, I stopped at Two Roads Cafe and got an Americano before zumba class. So the daily total (including the class fee) was ~$14. Not bad for a day's entertainment and some clothes.

That sounds awesome, missred! Good shopping.

My day wasn't so exciting, shopping-wise. I bought copier paper, business envelopes, and a coloring book.

    What? No crayons?

I had a boring shopping day today. Just filled up the truck with gas, a diet mountain dew and three packs of smokes. Cost me more than yesterday's shopping though.

Since I was with my little guy, who is only 3, I got away with only the coloring book. He is not savvy enough to hit me up for the crayons, too. If his sister (age 6) had been there, it would be a different story!!!

I don't think I bought anything today! Unusual for me, though it's happening more now that I'm not working.
