If you link from outside hosts, which uh we do here because this place is too small to make a difference in anyone's traffic costs, it doesn't work if it's a host that just doesn't allow hot-linking their images. It won't be obvious to you the poster, because you already have the image sitting in your web-browser cache, but it's obvious to everyone else. (That's why there's a tiny "NO LINKING FROM THIS HOST" graphic in my OP.)
