Exy, I've always wanted to visit Svalbard as well, since I knew it existed.

You know, I'm perfectly aware Svalbard is a real place, but I can no longer think of it without imagining an empire of armoured bears.
If I ever went to Svalbard, I would only be disappointed by the lack of Iorek Byrnison.
Glacier National Park is one of the most gorgeous places in the whole freaking country.
I also wouldn't mind spending some time here:

I want to go to Botswana. I've been reading novels set there and the country has been calling me.
I also want to see Egypt.

OtakuLoki, what about Mobile Al.?
Welcome to Mellophant.
We started with nothing and we still have most of it left.
Well, I'd been on her sister ship, Wisconsin while she was still in commission in the 90s. Much more recently than I was on Massachusetts. I'd enjoy seeing Alabama, but I don't have the same sort of questions about her than I do for most of the other ships I posted.
Not that I'm about to turn down an invitation.
ETA: Whoops. Alabama isn't an Iowa-class ship.

More realistically, The Isle of Skye, Scotland
... I think I've been on that very hunk of rock on Skye.
I've read all of "The #1 Ladies" series, and I have all the episodes of the HBO show in my itunes library.
D'mella Maa. Koko.... koko.
I've read a lot of Alexander McCall's novels. The ones set in Scotland are pretty good too.

Since I grew up two steps from there, it is really hard to think of Quincy as a tourist destination in any capacity.
For me if I had travel cash to spare I'd like to go on a road trip with no particular destination, and just see where it leads. Can't really show a picture of that.
Of course there's always my favorite summer destination, Provincetown, MA (which is the very tip of Cape Cod, for those unfamiliar). Both for Commercial St. This appears to be during Pride Week. Never been to that:
and for the beaches:
