Are you using Chrome or any other Google software? And is it Installer or Updater?
Because there is malware called Google Installer.
It's called Google installer. I've put a block on it accessing the internet, but it seems it might already be installed. Not that anything seems to be wrong at the mo', but I think it's time for a full scan. All I use of Google's is the basic search engine.

Yeah, you'll want to take care of that. Good luck! I'd strongly suggest Malwarebytes. It always seems to get the stuff the others miss.
