All of the ingredients I use are fresh, which always leads to a better taste. The real difference is that the meat is marinated a few hours ahead of time with some lime, pineapple juice and a little bit of habanero. That tenderizes it and gives it a nice zing.

CIAS and I are going to be figuring some stuff out this weekend. I really like the current chat, but it also has many, many drawbacks.

I find it hard to imagine you guys are going to find a better chat client. Stuff like the chat archives and private messages and that kind of thing are probably not available in a lot of them.

What happened to chat?
There were multiple connections to it that ate up massive amounts of memory until the site ceased to function. Chat is fairly memory intensive at the best of times and this went far beyond that. To keep the site functional, we had to disable it for now. We're going to be looking at specific causes and how to prevent this from happening in the future, but CIAS and I both have lives and it's a holiday weekend, so I can't guarantee it'll be a quick fix.

Sticks, I wasn't talking about anything being done by our board admin. I was just thinking that all day I've noticed some really odd traffic patterns - with sites that are normally rock solid being deluged, or having problems.
