When starting a new Ask the Expert thread report your OP to have the thread made a sticky. Ask the Expert threads will remain stickies until a month has passed without any activity.
These should only be on a topic with which you are actually familiar enough to claim some sort of expertise. If you fail to live up to the title of "expert" you will be mocked until you cry.
