Wind-up, unless it's an actual useful device I depend on. Otherwise, clockwork is indescribably charming.

Emerson, I guess. (Thoreau annoys me, and whatever unique thoughts I ever had about Whitman have been long-since overshadowed by Homer Simpson yelling, "I! Hate! You! Walt! Freaking! Whitman! Leaves of Grass, my ass!")

Baroque, Classical, or Romantic?

I'll go with romantic. But it's a tough choice. Late classical/early romantic would be my actual choice. The last of Beethoven's piano sonatas, foreshadowing the romantic period - that's the best.

Grilled, boiled, or fried?

Fried. But maybe grilled, depending on the foodstuff.

Soup, salad, or breadsticks?

Like 'em all, but soup by a nose: tomato, chicken noodle, hot and sour, clam chowder, or any kind of seafood bisque, if you please. Yum.

Love Actually, Man of La Mancha or Notorious?

Chili cheese. But I'd rather have a brat or a polish sausage.

Butterfingers, I guess. Not a huge fan of any of them.

In terms of being willing to touch one, garter snakes (and I have). In terms of coolness, rattlers.

I enjoyed The Queen far more than I expected to.

Canada, New Zealand, or South Africa?

I would love to visit New Zealand!!!

Ginger ale, cream soda, or Fresca?

Ginger ale. It's always good, especially when I'm sick. Cream soda is nice, but too sweet for every day. Fresca is what the demons offer the damned in Hell.

Blue ink, black ink, or green ink?

Black ink. I work in a medical office, and non-black pens are the bane of my existence.

Afterlife: Christian heaven, perpetual cycle of reincarnation, or total oblivion?

Total oblivion - in terms of what I believe is the most likely. (As to what I'd want, I suppose heaven sounds good, although I'd have to read up to be sure)

Paper cut, if choose I must.

Reality Bites, Superman or Taken?

Superman, on the basis of theme song alone.

Potato salad, cole slaw, or cantaloupe?

I like 'em all, and it depends on what else is being served with them, but... cole slaw. If it's the creamy, non-vinegary kind.

While You Were Sleeping. The other two are...even worse. :fail:

Michael Myers, of course.

The Atlantic. But really, I mostly just read National Geographic.

Ooo, that's a toughie. Love 'em all. If I had to choose, though... shrimp.

Yojimbo - love a good samurai story.

I'm not a huge tennis fan under the best of circumstances, but watching people play tennis on grass or dirt is extra silly. Give me Queens. :D

Truffles. Mmmm.


Diving, swimming, or water polo?

Water polo. I am endlessly intrigued by how they train the horses to hold their breath that long.

Boxing, wrestling or fencing?

I think all three are cool, but I was a wrestler myself in high school, and retain a fondness for the cauliflower-eared sport in my heart.

Gas, grass, or ass? (No one rides for free!)

Each have their uses. But given the choice of touching the finest variety of any, I'll take ass every time.

Umm..Chicago Hope ios the only one I know of those and it wasn't that bad, so that one.

Steffi, I guess, but none of them are really my type.

The Odd Couple, because it's the only one I've seen.

I've done all three and loved each, but of the three, the Washington sights would win out by a nose.
